Pulltaps Sommelier Knife Pulltaps is the double lever Sommelier Knife that is loved by Georges Duboeuf who is famous from Beaujolais Nouveau. First you lift the cork out halfway, then with the 2-step hook you pull out the rest of of the cork. The hook comes out easily in only two rotations.
