Right-handed sommelier knives turn clockwise to open corks, but this left-handed version`s screw is coiled in the opposite direction so it can be turned anti-clockwise. Because of this, corks can be easily opened (foil cutter is the normal style). The handle and the screw joint of this model is exceptionally strong. This professional model is for the many experts whose frequency of use is almost excessive.
