This is the signature model of
the 2004 world sommeliers contest champion, and youngest ever
winner, Italian, Enrico Bernard. In 1998 he (Eric
Bomaru) finished runner-up, he is master sommelier at Paris'
Four Seasons George V (Le Cinq)

| The tip of the body has
the Laguiole logo on it. In exchange for the bee, Chateau
Laguiole`s original leaf has been adopted. |

The black part of the handle is hardened with lacquer. A distinct lacquer is used to create a very unique and original design. At132g it is the most heaviest Chateau Laguiole (heavier than Silver Coated). Like other signature models the leather case is also original and the limited edition serial number is engraved into it. |
It is tough enough to endure hard use, but
be reassured by the fact that once it is broken in it has all the
charming suppleness that makes Chateau Laguiole famous.
