far and away Chateau Laguiole's most popular item.

There is a reckognizable difference
in coloration, marbling, and ivory of the water buffalo horn due
to its lineage and other individual differences, so please understand
before hand that requests by customers for specific patterns cannot
be fulfilled because neither our company nor the maker that we
import from (SCIP Co.) can select a designated pattern due to
its arbitrary nature.
However, because of the fact that there is not even one pattern
in the world like the one you will receive, you can be assured
that the charming brown qualities of your sommelier knife is yours
and yours alone.
It is tough enough to endure hard use, but
be reassured by the fact that once it is broken in it has all
the charming suppleness that makes Chateau Laguiole famous.
